These Website Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the public website operated by Mev Media LLC (“MEV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
These Terms apply only to the public website and related inquiry and scheduling interactions. Any paid client engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

- a client relationship
- an advisory relationship
- a fiduciary relationship
- a partnership
- a joint venture
- an employment relationship
- another professional relationship
A client relationship begins only when MEV and the applicable client enter into a separate written agreement.

Do not submit passwords, customer records, trade secrets, financial account information, medical information, or other highly sensitive or regulated information through the public website.
3. No Guarantee of Results
MEV does not guarantee any specific business, financial, operational, technical, or commercial result from:
- using the website
- relying on website content
- submitting an inquiry
- attending an introductory call
- reviewing examples or descriptions of MEV services
Any examples, scenarios, system descriptions, workflow illustrations, or statements about potential benefits are illustrative only.
Results may depend on many factors outside MEV’s control, including:
- the quality and availability of data
- existing systems and workflows
- team adoption
- management decisions
- third-party software
- vendor availability
- technical constraints
- market conditions
- legal and regulatory requirements
- implementation scope
Nothing on the website is a promise of revenue, cost savings, speed, return on investment, error-free performance, uninterrupted availability, or suitability for a particular purpose.

Website content is not:
- legal advice
- tax advice
- accounting advice
- financial advice
- investment advice
- employment advice

Normal search-engine indexing and ordinary human review of the public website are not prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content, including text, design, layout, graphics, visual systems, diagrams, branding, and other materials, are owned by Mev Media LLC or used with permission.
MEV grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the public website for lawful informational purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit protected website content without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits.
Third-party names, marks, products, and services remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Information You Submit
You retain ownership of information you submit through the website.
By submitting information, you give MEV a limited right to use, reproduce, store, transmit, and review that information as reasonably necessary to:
- respond to your inquiry
- evaluate potential fit
- prepare for a scheduled conversation
- maintain business records
- operate and protect the website
- prevent abuse
- comply with legal obligations
- establish, exercise, or defend legal rights
You represent that:
- the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- you have the right to provide it
- its submission does not violate the rights of another person or organization
- it does not contain unlawful or malicious material
Your submission does not require MEV to respond, provide services, enter into an agreement, or accept an engagement.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may link to or use third-party services, including scheduling, video-conferencing, communication, or hosting platforms.
MEV does not control those third-party services and is not responsible for:
- their availability
- their content
- their security
- their privacy practices
- their terms
- their performance
- actions they take based on information you provide directly to them
Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms and policies.
Links to third-party services do not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.
9. Website Availability and Changes
MEV may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website at any time.
MEV does not guarantee that the website will be:
- continuously available
- uninterrupted
- secure
- error-free
- free from harmful components
- compatible with every device or browser
MEV may correct errors, update content, or change website features without notice.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
MEV disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of:
- merchantability
- fitness for a particular purpose
- title
- noninfringement
- accuracy
- reliability
- availability
- security
MEV does not warrant that website content is complete, current, or suitable for every purpose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mev Media LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to:
- access to, use of, or inability to use the website
- reliance on website information
- interruption, error, security incident, or technical failure
- a third-party website, platform, service, or integration
This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or another legal theory, even if MEV has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEV’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating solely to your use of the public website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
The limitations in this section do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Any liability arising from a paid client engagement will be governed by the separate written agreement applicable to that engagement.
12. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mev Media LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from:
- your unlawful or abusive use of the website
- information or material you submit without the necessary rights
- your violation of these Terms
- your infringement of another person’s rights
This section does not require you to indemnify MEV for MEV’s own unlawful conduct or for liability that cannot lawfully be shifted to you.
MEV may assume control of the defense of a matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate reasonably with that defense.
13. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent a dispute relating solely to the public website is not resolved informally, the parties agree that the dispute may be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Wyoming, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency or injunctive relief where legally available.
14. Changes to These Terms
MEV may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the website, business practices, services, technology, or legal requirements.
The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
15. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
MEV’s failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
A waiver is effective only if made in writing by an authorized representative of MEV.
16. Entire Agreement for Website Use
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and MEV regarding use of the public website.
They do not replace or modify a separate written client agreement.
If a separate written client agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding a paid engagement, the client agreement controls for that engagement.
