Mev Media LLC (“MEV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how MEV collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit the MEV website, submit an inquiry, schedule a call, or otherwise communicate with us.

This policy applies to the public MEV website and related inquiry and scheduling interactions. It does not replace any separate privacy or data-handling terms that may apply under a written client agreement.

  • information about your workflows, operations, business needs, or current tools
  • scheduling information

Please do not submit passwords, customer records, payment-card information, financial account details, medical information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information through the public website.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use the website, MEV and its service providers may process limited technical information such as:

  • date and time of access
  • pages viewed
  • referring page or website
  • security, performance, and error logs
  • campaign or referral parameters, such as UTM values

MEV does not intentionally add raw IP addresses to sales inquiry records or use inquiry information for targeted advertising.

Website hosting and infrastructure providers may still process IP addresses and technical logs as needed to deliver the site, maintain reliability, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and protect security.

2. How We Use Information

MEV may use information to:

  • respond to inquiries and questions

  • evaluate whether MEV may be a suitable fit
  • schedule and prepare for calls
  • send inquiry confirmations and related follow-up

Submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to promotional email.

MEV may contact you about the inquiry, requested call, or a directly related business conversation. We will not use the inquiry form to enroll you in a general marketing list without an additional appropriate basis or consent.

3. How We Disclose Information

MEV does not sell personal information.

We may disclose information to service providers that support our business, including providers of:

  • website hosting and infrastructure
  • scheduling and video-conferencing services
  • workflow automation
  • email and business communications
  • data storage and recordkeeping
  • security, maintenance, and technical support

These providers may process information only as needed to perform services for MEV and subject to their own contractual and legal obligations.

MEV does not currently use or disclose inquiry information for targeted advertising across unrelated websites or services.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The V1 website may use essential cookies or similar storage needed for core website functions, scheduling, security, fraud prevention, or user preferences.

MEV does not currently add:

  • advertising pixels
  • session-replay tools
  • nonessential behavioral tracking
  • cross-site advertising cookies

Some third-party services, such as scheduling providers, may use their own cookies or similar technologies when you interact with their features. Their practices are governed by their own privacy notices.

If MEV later adds analytics, advertising, session replay, or nonessential cookies, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before those tools are used publicly.

5. Retention

MEV retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • review and respond to an inquiry
  • manage a potential or active business relationship
  • maintain appropriate business records
  • comply with legal, tax, accounting, or reporting obligations
  • resolve disputes
  • prevent abuse
  • enforce agreements
  • protect legal rights

Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information and the reason it was collected.

When information is no longer reasonably needed, MEV may delete or anonymize it, subject to legal and operational requirements.

No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should avoid sending sensitive or confidential information through the public inquiry form.

MEV does not sell personal information and does not currently use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Please describe your request and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant records. MEV may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

We may retain or decline to delete information when permitted or required by law, including for legal compliance, recordkeeping, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or protection of legal rights.

Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by applicable law. MEV may request evidence of the agent’s authority and may still need to verify the identity of the person involved.

MEV will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

8. International Visitors

MEV is a United States company.

If you access the website from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or in other countries where MEV or its service providers operate.

Privacy and data-protection laws may differ from those in your location. Where required, MEV will take appropriate steps relating to the processing or transfer of personal information.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may link to or use third-party services, including scheduling, video-conferencing, or communication platforms.

When you interact with a third-party service, that provider may collect information directly from you under its own privacy policy and terms.

MEV is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services. You should review their policies before providing information.

The MEV website is intended for business and professional users. It is not directed to children under 13, and MEV does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the public website.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to MEV, contact privacy@mevmedia.io. We will review the request and take appropriate action.

MEV may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the website, services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements.

When the policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
